EWA seminar on new working time models for waterparks

Waterparks, leisure pools and spas offer interesting jobs – and increasingly also interesting working time models to attract new employees. However, an exciting EWA seminar with the two lawyers Maximilian Schreiner and Claus Dettki showed that implementing such models is not always easy. For the HR managers in our waterparks, leisure pools and spas, it is important to organise the deployment of employees during the opening hours of our facilities (including at weekends and in the evenings) in line with demand and at the same time to be open to individual solutions. Among other things, the seminar paricipants also discussed annual and lifetime working time models and the correct organisation of working hours based on laws such as  the Working Hours Act and the Works Constitution Act.
