Kim Adam is the owner of Adam & Partner Unternehmensberatung, a full-service consulting business specialised in the leisure property market, with expertise in water recreation, sport and wellness markets, among other areas. She has overseen more than 600 projects in German-speaking Europe. Her core competencies lie in the implementation of tourism, destination and leisure projects. Since 2008, she has been a member of the Committee of Supportive Members of the European Waterpark Association e.V., and since 2014, she has been the spokesperson of the committee.
