The graduate sports expert has 25 years of experience as a business manager and a (founding) managing director of pools, sauna facilities and leisure complexes. For many years, he was the general manager and managing director of several companies of the monte mare group. Since 2017, Kai Steuernagel has been successful as a consultant and turnaround manager in the leisure industry.
In his lecture, he will deal with the role of managers and with the importance of exemplary function and authenticity. His provocative thesis: “Attitude is more important than knowledge”. He will explain how management can work as a “motivational turbo” and why the principle of equal treatment can be a motivation killer.
