Dr Björn Fiedler, born in 1974, is the founder and managing partner of Fiedler & Partner. Since 1996, he has been active – with a lot of dedication and soul – as a coach and consultant for service, sales and leadership communication. His goal is to equip managers and employees with the know-how, trust and strength to skillfully overcome challenging service, sales and leadership situations. In addition to his work as a coach, Dr Björn Fiedler researches innovative methods for personnel and organisation development. He publishes his results as a freelance author for American and German publishers.
