Rolf Schwarz is one of the leading scientists in Germany specialising in the development of movement, play and sport in childhood. His research focuses on the developmental-educational optimisation of exercise, play and sports spaces. He is head of the "Sport-Health-Leisure Education" degree programme at the University of Education in Karlsruhe

Chris Lange ist der Gründer und die kreative Kraft hinter Creative Studio Berlin. Als preisgekrönter Creative Executive ist er seit über 25 Jahren in der Themed Entertainment Branche tätig und hat Design- und Installationsteams rund um den Globus geleitet. Im Europa-Park war er für alle Neuentwicklungen, Designs und die Umsetzung von über 30 Projekten verantwortlich. International arbeitete er u.a. für 20th Century Fox World Malaysia, Adlab‘s Imagicaa Mumbai und LEGOLAND California. Chris ist regelmäßiger Gastredner bei Branchenveranstaltungen und stolz darauf, der Themed Entertainment Association im International Board of Directors und Executive Committee anzugehören.

Harald Gabriel completed a commercial apprenticeship in sports and leisure management and worked from 1990 to 2000 as operations and regional manager of several leisure centres at GMF GmbH & Co. KG from 1990 to 2000. Since 2000, he has been personnel and project manager at GMF GmbH & Co. KG with a focus on operational organisation and personnel management. Since 2019, he has been an authorised signatory and member of the GMF management board as well as managing director of two subsidiaries of GMF's own brand "vivamar".
