Demographic change is beginning to show its first im-pacts: by 2035, 7 million "baby boomers" will be lost to the labour market e. g. in the Federal Republic of
Germany. In this seminar, we will look at new working time models and effective measures for recruiting, onboarding and retaining employees in the long term in our companies.
