Dear members and friends of the European Waterpark Association,

The time has finally come: For the third time, we are inviting the operators of public pools from Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Switzerland to a cross-border exchange of experiences.

This year, we will focus on the most important asset for successful pool operations: our employees. The EWA Operations Day 2021 will focus on the hot topic of "Recruiting, motivating and qualifying staff".

During the closure of our pools due to the pandemic, quite a few employees have moved to other industries that offer a supposedly more secure job. How we make our teams strong again is therefore a central topic of our meeting!

We look forward to welcoming you to the 3rd EWA Operations Day on 1 December 2021!
