WUND Holding GmbH, based in Markdorf on Lake Constance, controls the Josef Wund thermal spa group (Thermengruppe Josef Wund), which owns and operates three large indoor health and leisure pool facilities:

• Badeparadies Schwarzwald
• Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim
• Therme Euskirchen

After the company’s founder passed away in 2017, the facilities were transferred to the non-profit Josef Wund Foundation. They are among the most successful bathing facilities in Europe.

A close strategic partnership with Therme Group RHTG, based in Vienna, has been formally established in 2020.
