Fabienne Hallpap holds a degree in business administration and has several years’ international experience in organisational development and transformation processes within both the financial sector and the local government sector. Since 2025, she has taken on the role of Managing Director of Mainzer Stadtbad GmbH – alongside an operational management team provided by GMF GmbH & Co. KG – and is responsible for the strategic management and further development of Taubertsberg Bad + Spa. She has also been working for the past five years as an executive assistant at Mainzer Stadtwerke AG, which, as a shareholder, took over the Stadtbad in 2018 following the operator’s insolvency. The company’s aim is to ensure the Stadtbad is financially sound and able to meet the requirements of public service provision.
