Relaxation in a stylish atmosphere awaits you at Südpfalz Therme Bad Bergzabern between vineyards and the Palatinate Forest, right next to France.

The open construction offers a wonderful view of our thriving garden and the surrounding nature. Whilst colourful underwater lights create changing atmospheres in the thermal pools, you can float underneath the legendary mirrored ceiling or relax at one of the many water attractions in the healing water.

The sauna area – which has been certified as a premium facility by “Deutscher Saunabund” – offers wonderful views of the Palatinate Forest and the local park. You’ll find a spacious rooftop garden, a loungy sauna deck and a panorama sauna. Diverse ceremonies and aromas let the characteristics of Südpfalz come alive in one of the five regionally designed sweat rooms.

In summer you can enjoy the sun in the Mediterranean roof top garden or on the relaxing sunbathing lawn. When it’s cold outside, the fireplace lounge and the forest lounge provide a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.

Your spa day at Südpfalz Therme can be topped off with a day at the sea in our “Totes-Meer-Salzgrotte” – a salt cave with salt from the Dead Sea -, a professional massage or a glass of secco in our golden bathtub.

Our restaurant completes your experience, serving palatinate dishes, healthy salads, small snacks and a wide selection of coffee and cake.
