Undoubtedly the highlight of NASS is the sauna area with eight saunas and steam baths in the interior, three Kelo wood saunas in the garden and an oriental hammam.
The adventure bath with its sports pool (with 7 lanes), the giant slide, the adventure pool and the toddler’s area will make you perfectly happy – the highlight of the water landscape is the outdoor natural brine pool.
In all the different areas of the NASS a wellness-oriented gastronomy expects you with Mediterranean and regional specialities.
Action, fun and wellness, all under one roof: at the Nettebad leisure complex, you’re guaranteed adrenaline and fun, as well as relaxation and rejuvenation. You can experience the exciting slide park in the swimming pool or swim lengths in the 50-metre pool.
The swimming complex, with its mix of slides, has something for everyone – whether it’s the “Crazy River” tire slide, the “Black Hole” with a pitch-dark slide, the “Twist” funnel slide, or the “Sloop” rocket launch slide. Besides the slide paradise, the pool complex offers many other attractions for guests, big and small. Among the highlights are whirlpools, a children’s pool, water walls, a wave ball and an outdoor pool that offers bathing fun all year round.
In the adjoining sauna world, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the different themed saunas and the spacious sauna garden with natural bathing pond and outdoor saltwater pool. In the accompanying Spa & Beauty area, guests can also get pampered with a massage or a cosmetic treatment.
In addition to the Nettebad, the leisure complex has an indoor electric go-kart track for thrill-seekers and adrenaline lovers. On 470 metres of track, you can experience a totally new speed sensation, driving the innovative electric-powered go-karts.
And, if you need a boost after plenty of action, fun and wellness, you can “refuel” in one of the restaurants.
Fun and games and plenty of action: at the H2O leisure complex. Two slides provide any amount of action, while the wave pool creates a feeling of the real ocean surf and the torrent pool and wave channel offer breathtaking water fun. For visitors with sporty ambitions, there are a 25-metre sports pool, 1 metre and 3 metre diving platforms, and a 25-metre heated outdoor pool. Adventures abound for children as pirates on the jungle island of Tabokiri, and for the very youngest visitors there is a place to play in the warm baby pool.
Guests will find a unique oasis of peace and well-being in the H2O sauna world. A total of 12 different saunas and a snow cabin cover the entire spectrum of sweating on over 5,000 square meters, both indoors and in the spacious sauna garden.
The H2O Refuge is a retreat. The feel-good offer in the Refuge ranges from traditional massages to all-day offers. Guests can focus entirely on their well-being.
The varied water world of GochNess is surrounded by the natural Lower-Rhine landscape and is situated directly at a natural lake in the shadows of the large “Reichswald”.

The tropical bathing landscape offers a number of water attractions: water slides, whitewater, Lazy River, three jacuzzis, water umbrella and underwater massage.
The outdoor area has a pool with Lazy River and bubble bench. There is an extra pool for the little guests.
In the sauna area you will find saunas of different temperatures, steam baths as well as a relaxation zone. An extra pool for handicapped people is available. Solaria and gymnastics rooms complete the offer. Two restaurants serve a large variety of meals and beverages.
A water area of more than 1,000 square metres, embedded into a natural rock formation with endless possibilities for recreation, adventures and regeneration. The water adventure area with jet stream canal, bubble jet lounges, massage nozzles, paddling pool and toddler’s pool offers various experiences. For our small guests we offer indoor and outdoor areas with paddling and toddler’s pool, sandpit and playground.

SaarowTherme… finally time for myself!
The thermal brine, which is rich in valuable minerals and trace elements, is obtained from our own Catharinespring directly in front of the Therme. Jacuzzis, bubble nozzles, jet stream canal and massage „umbrella“ pamper the skin and the senses. Oriental and Scandinavian sauna pleasure with Rhasul and Hamam expect you in the sauna area.
The „Bad Saarower Wierichwiesen“are located north of the Scharmützel-Lake. This is the place where the SaarowTherme gets her precious nature treasure from. This treasure is the Niedertorfmoor, which lies in the depth of 1,60m. Untouched for a couple of thousands of years, it offers a lot of valuable minerals and nutrients today. The blood circulation is stimulated, the skin gets revitalized and tightened.
In our spa and beauty area pure relaxation and well-being of the highest standards are waiting for you. With soft music and candlelight, you can experience a wide range of individual treatments and packages. A special highlight is “Salve-in-terra®” – The magic of touch, which promises an unforgettable experience of skin care for two.
Adjacent to the large resort area with old mansions, the historic mud bath, the Catharinenquelle and SaarowTherme is the Scharmützel-Lake. Because of the generously styled promenade, the waterfront is a place of peace and harmony. Theodor Fontane has already strolled along the bank and named the lake “Das Märkische Meer”.
The young and the old feel absolutely fine in the bathing world with its generously built indoor and outdoor pools – with curative thermal water from the depth of 1,300 metres. A tire slide ((90 metres long), a steep slide, a pool for meditation,a steam bath, a waterfall, a jet stream canal, massage jets and a game oasis let time pass by in a flash.
At the sauna paradise those looking for recreation will find various saunas and steam baths such as the two-level sauna cabin (fire and stone sauna) or the Kelo log cabin. Further attractions like light therapy, Kneipp canyon and sauna fitness bar are offered to the guests. A modern wellness area with hairdresser and cosmetician complete the offer. Welcome!

Wellness and recreation: Friesentherme Emden (open since 2006) has six different saunas where you will definitely find peace and tranquility to get away from everyday life. Or you come here after work to swim your lanes in our sports pool (25 metres long).
The sauna area, however, is unique: On two levels you can choose between Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam bath, wellness showers with ice fountains, footbaths, Hamam, Rhassoul or massages. From our relaxation rooms you can enjoy a panorama view over the gardens – the sauna garden with its heated paths is especially beautiful.
But don’t miss the waterpark: You’ll love the jet stream canal, the bubbling pool, the whirlpools, massage jets and water fountains. A teaching pool and a basin for the babies also wait for you.
