By establishing an open Young Professionals Circle (YPC) within the EWA, we aimed to create a dedicated platform for them. The aim is to enable members aged 40 and under to network with one another, feel at home as a distinct group within the EWA, and see their interests reflected in the association\u2019s programme. The YPC is open to young professionals from spa facilities and from the circle of supporting members. In September 2026, the YPC members registered in the WhatsApp group each elected a spokesperson from among the full members (spa facilities) and the supporting members. The Young Professionals working in a swimming pool facility will in future be represented by Kim Oberlaender, Kurzentrum L\u00fcneburg Kurmittel GmbH \u2013 SaL\u00fc Salztherme L\u00fcneburg. She will be represented by Thilo Jakob, Aquapark Management GmbH \u2013 Freizeitbad Atoll Espelkamp. The Young Professionals from the supporting members\u2019 group elected Paul Behner, of aquila wasseraufbereitungstechnik gmbh in Wertheim, as their spokesperson. He will be represented by Alina Rose from PROVA Unternehmensberatung GmbH in Hamm.
