The Königsbad in Forchheim offers great bathing fun for everyone all year round! The year-round pool consists of an indoor and outdoor pool area. In addition to the adventure pool, there is also a beautiful and large sauna area that can be booked separately!

Water fun is offered by 2 tube slides (65 and 135 meters), a wide slide, diving board, 3-meter tower, water spout and flow channel. Outside the water there are playgrounds, trampoline, soccer field, basketball court, beach volleyball facility and much more.

In the Palmenparadies, guests can relax on bubble loungers and in whirlpools with a water temperature of 34° C. Numerous loungers under palm trees invite you to dream and relax. Those who want to do something for their health will be thrilled by the beneficial effects of the mineral pools with brine, calcium/lithium and selenium. In good weather, guests can enjoy their cocktail at the pool bar under the open sky thanks to the retractable panoramic glass roof.
Summer on the beach
In summer, the 2,000-square-meter “Paradise Beach” with palm trees, beach bar, numerous sun loungers, hammocks and deck chairs invite guests to relax. Two outdoor pools provide a freshness kick on hot summer days. Exclusive bamboo lounges, four-poster beds and sun swings make the vacation feeling perfect.
Vitaltherme & Sauna
In a stylish atmosphere, visitors can expect 13 exclusively themed adventure saunas and a steam bath. The panoramic trip across the natural lake in the world’s first self-propelled sauna boat is spectacular. The cinema sauna, the Viennese coffee house and the koi sauna, which has been named the largest sauna in the world, make saunas to an unforgettable experience. The Panorama-Bad Freudenstadt is the meeting place for water fun in Freudenstadt – for families, active people, guests from the region in the beautiful Black Forest. The pool is divided into four areas.
In the sports & leisure pool area, there is a 25m pool with six lanes, a separate children’s area and a paddling pool for the youngest bathers. The two slides, the diving tower with climbing wall and the outdoor pool are also located here. A water mushroom, a steam grotto and a kiosk round off the facilities.
The vitality area can be booked as an option. Here you will find a large wellness pool, bubble loungers, massage jets, water volcano, flow channel and heated benches. Around the pool are four experience grottos with beneficial effects: Brine, fragrance & steam, fire and ice.
The sauna area (textile-free) can also be booked as a supplement. Three indoor saunas, two outdoor saunas, a small outdoor pool and a plunge pool are part of the equipment.
In the adjoining outdoor pool with its unique panorama, a 50 m pool awaits bathers in the summer months – in a combination of swimmer’s and non-swimmer’s pool.
